‘Lessons from the Heart’ is a blog miniseries about ​scientific findings that totally unexpectedly taught me important life lessons. They made me see things from – let’s say – a bit different perspective (and to be honest, occasionally laugh at myself). My hope is that when you read what’s going on in your heart (but in a fun and comprehensive way, I promise), it will have a similar effect on you.
